Setup

  1. 1Open Settings > Integrations. Install OpenAI / ChatGPT from Discover if it is not already listed under Installed, then enable it.
  2. 2Open the add-on settings and review the options available in this edition.
  3. 3Configure API key or ChatGPT login, models, reasoning, temperature, voice, and voice instructions
  4. 4Select OpenAI / ChatGPT as the transcription engine in general settings, a profile, or a workflow override.
  5. 5Select OpenAI / ChatGPT as the LLM provider for a workflow prompt or translation.
  6. 6Select OpenAI / ChatGPT as the text-to-speech provider for spoken feedback or readback.

This edition uses a cloud provider. Depending on the capability, audio, text, or both are sent only after you configure and select that provider.
